RGB Industries manufactures and supplies industrial and commercial products throughout Australia.
We offer Australia-wide delivery and local collection from our premises in Lonsdale, South Australia.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, manufactured, dispatched and delivered.
Delivery arrangements may vary depending on the products ordered, their dimensions, weight, availability and manufacturing requirements.
- Delivery Locations
RGB Industries offers delivery to eligible addresses throughout Australia.
Delivery availability depends on the dimensions and weight of the products ordered, the delivery destination and the services offered by our freight providers.
Certain remote locations, restricted-access sites or oversized products may require alternative delivery arrangements.
We do not currently offer international delivery through our online store.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on factors including:
- Delivery location.
- Product weight and dimensions.
- Packaging requirements.
- Quantity of products ordered.
- Available freight services.
- Any applicable oversized freight or handling charges.
Where available, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
RGB Industries may use Interparcel or Transdirect and their associated courier providers to obtain freight quotations and arrange deliveries.
Where a reliable freight quotation cannot be calculated automatically, customers may be asked to request a freight quotation before completing their purchase.
Any additional freight charges requiring customer approval will be communicated before the relevant order or freight arrangement is confirmed.
- Order Processing and Manufacturing Times
RGB Industries supplies both standard products and products manufactured to order.
Processing and dispatch times depend on product availability, manufacturing requirements and current production schedules.
Standard Stocked Products
Products held in stock will generally be prepared for dispatch after payment has been received and the order has been processed.
Made-to-Order Products
Products manufactured to order require additional production time before dispatch.
Manufacturing lead times vary depending on the product, materials, specifications, quantities and current production workload.
Manufacturing lead times are separate from courier transit times.
Custom-Manufactured Products
Custom products may require additional time for reviewing specifications, obtaining materials, preparing tooling or completing manufacturing.
Production will commence in accordance with the agreed order requirements.
Customers will be advised of the estimated manufacturing timeframe before the order is accepted.
- Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery timeframe consists of two components:
Order handling time: The time required to process, manufacture where applicable, package and prepare the order for dispatch.
Courier transit time: The time required for the freight provider to transport the order after collection.
Delivery estimates are based on available information and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a significant delay becomes apparent, we will contact the customer and explain the available options.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable Australian law where goods are not supplied within an agreed or otherwise reasonable timeframe.
- Freight Providers
RGB Industries may use Interparcel and its available courier partners, or other suitable freight providers, to arrange delivery.
The freight provider used for an order may depend on:
- Shipment dimensions and weight.
- Delivery location.
- Freight service availability.
- Handling requirements.
- Suitability of the available transport service.
Where tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer after dispatch.
- Oversized, Heavy and Palletised Freight
Some products may exceed standard parcel delivery limits due to their length, weight or dimensions.
These products may require specialist freight services or palletised transport.
Additional arrangements may be required for:
- Long or oversized products.
- Heavy manufactured components.
- Large or bulky orders.
- Palletised goods.
- Deliveries to locations with restricted access.
Where freight cannot be accurately calculated through the online checkout, RGB Industries may provide a separate freight quotation.
Any special delivery requirements must be communicated before the order is confirmed.
- Local Pickup
Customers may select local pickup at checkout where this option is available.

Local pickup is free of freight charges unless a separate handling or packaging charge has been clearly disclosed and agreed.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
Please do not attend the premises to collect an order until confirmation has been received.
Collections are available during our nominated collection hours or by prior arrangement.
Collection hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (CLOSED on weekends & Public Holidays)
Customers may be asked to provide their order number or other suitable identification when collecting goods.
- Delivery Access and Unloading
Customers must ensure that the nominated delivery location is suitable for receiving the products ordered.
For heavy, oversized or palletised deliveries, suitable unloading equipment or assistance may be required.
Customers should advise RGB Industries of any relevant access restrictions before placing an order.
These may include:
- Restricted vehicle access.
- Loading dock requirements.
- Limited unloading facilities.
- Site-specific delivery procedures.
- Business-hour delivery restrictions.
Where special delivery services are required, any additional charges will be communicated for approval where practicable.
- Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details when placing an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, please contact RGB Industries as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the delivery details before dispatch.
Additional freight charges resulting from incorrect customer-supplied information may be payable by the customer where legally permitted and communicated appropriately.
- Delivery Delays
While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur.
Potential causes include:
- Manufacturing or production delays.
- Material supply interruptions.
- Freight provider delays.
- Severe weather.
- Transport disruptions.
- Delivery access restrictions.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where a material delay affects an order, RGB Industries will communicate with the customer and provide updated information where available.
Any applicable rights to cancel an order or obtain a remedy under Australian law remain unaffected.
- Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact RGB Industries as soon as reasonably possible.
Where practical, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs of the products and packaging.
- Any relevant delivery documentation.
We may investigate the matter with the freight provider and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Customers should retain packaging where reasonably practical until the issue has been assessed.
